Donations to the South Western Ambulance Charity

Whether showing support for the South Western Ambulance Service or giving appreciation for the care that you or a loved one has received, your donations are appreciated and make a real difference to staff, volunteers and patients.

Many of our donors prefer to donate via BACS (bank transfer). If you use this method, please make sure you add a reference and email us at charity@swast.nhs.uk so we know which area of our work you want to support and we have your contact details to manage any queries and to thank you for your support.

BACS transfers can be made to the South Western Ambulance Service Trust Fund (SW Ambul Svc Trust Fund or short code SW AS TF) at:

Sort code: 60-70-80 and Account number: 10003452

Online donations via JustGiving are quick, secure and cost effective. You can make a one-off donation or set up a regular gift. JustGiving will also take care of Gift Aid on any eligible donations, adding 25p to every £1 donated.

We can also take online donations via GiveAsYouLive if you prefer.

Cheques payable to "SW Ambul SVC Trust Fund" can be sent by post to;

South Western Ambulance Charity, c/o SWASFT, Abbey Court, Eagle Way, Exeter EX2 7HY.

Sorry, but we cannot accept any cash donations without prior arrangement.

Don't Forget Gift Aid!

Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that enables charities to claim an extra 25p for every eligible £1 donation. E.g., a £20 donation becomes £25 at no extra cost to the donor.

 - The donation must be made by individuals, not groups or companies.

 - The donor must be a UK taxpayer.

 - The donor must have made a Gift Aid declaration.

If you donate online using JustGiving or GiveAsYouLive the Gift Aid declaration will be taken care of.

If eligible donations are made by cheque, BACS or cash please complete this Gift Aid declaration form and submit it so we can claim any additional money for you.

Thank you.
